Whoohoo!  This is my 3rd SERIOUS day of working out!  (I did a little here and there last week, so my body is finally getting use to the conditioning and I'm not getting as sore as I was starting out!)  My workout is usually 1-2 hours with about 20 minutes of stretching.  I'm also trying to keep my calorie intake between 1600 - 1800 a day.  It feel's good just knowing I'm making healthier choices!  My plan is to lose 15-20 pounds before my convention, so I'm aiming to lose 2-3 pounds a week. The Vash 'trial' coat was also a success!  Glad that my original design worked out so well!  Finally finished with it!  I'll be buying the 'Final' coat

Began sewing the coat yesterday - it's coming together nicely!  Only thing I had to tweak was 2 of the pattern pieces.  Just had to add a little width is all!  I was so worried once I actually started sewing that the pieces would be wrong or something, but my design is right on the mark!  I'm hoping I'll have it all sewn by early/mid next week. Finally finished creating the paper pattern for Vash's coat.  YAY and Oi Vay!  The stress this thing has put me under!  :faint:  It's taken me 3 days just doing that, but it was my first time creating one from scratch.  And have you seen what this guy's coat looks like?!  lol  Also, this is only the 2nd year I've even dealt with patterns!  The 1st was Acen last year, where thankfully I had my mother's guidance. I start sewing the "prototype" on Monday - with some cheaper material just to see if everything will lay out good and all.  I've been getting healthy though and plan on losing like 15-20 pounds for the official cosplay.  *Since hopefu
